- QuickList - Personal Property Inventory Software

- This disk contains several files including "EXE" files, the
- AUTOEXEC, and several sample data files. The program must be
- set-up on a system disk; either the hard disk, or another floppy
- with the system already installed. On a fixed disk it is
- recommended that you create a directory "INVENTRY" where your
- program and data files will reside. On systems without a fixed
- drive, It is recommended you keep your data files on a separate
- disk

- To set-up the program to run, put this program in the "A:"
- drive, change. Type "A:". Then run the setup program by typing
- SETUP <B:|C:>. This will identify where you wish the program to
- installed. If the COMMAND.COM file of system disk can not be
- found, the Setup program will announce their is an error, and
- stop. (See your dos manual to format a system disk.) The
- program may be entered either by the AUTOEXEC.BAT or by typing
- PROPERTY. This program will create several additional files.
- Data files are noted: FILEn.DTA. Other files include "D" and
- "SETUP.DTA".

- This disk is not copy protected, so you may copy this
- program using standard DOS commands; COPY or DISKCOPY. You are
- encouraged to copy and pass this software along, under the
- SHAREWARE concept of distribution, provided:

- 1. The program(s), documentation and data files on the
- distribution disk are not modified in any way.

- 2. No charge, othe than a media and handling charge is
- made.
